A bedroom makeover for a Westfield teen

A Westfield teen suffering from a life-threatening liver disease got a big surprise. Months back, Carl King was chosen by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island to receive his wish, a room makeover. Thursday afternoon, King was able to get a first look at his new bedroom decked out in Patriots décor. King is a huge sports fan and says because of his disease he is forced to spend a lot of time in his room. So, having a brand new look and furniture will make this much more fun and comfortable.

 

King says "I like how the colors blend together. I like the clock and I really like the Eiffel Tower lamp because I love Paris."
