Don your favorite pair of blue jeans or a sports jersey to make wishes come true!  During the Foundation's 25th Anniversary year in 2012, participants at companies, schools, and organizations will take part in Jeans For Wishes,^SM a fundraising campaign to help make wishes come true for children in Massachusetts and Rhode Island wo are living with life-threatening medical conditions.

How it Works:

Jeans For Wishes is a creative way to generate office or school spirit.  In exchange for a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, participants may wear jeans or sports apparel to work or school.

Suggested donations are $5 per person to wear jeans for one day; $20 per person to wear jeans for the week.  We encourage you to set a fundraising goal; you can even divide departments or classes into teams to compete against one another!

How to Enroll:

Click here to register your team!  After enrolling, you will receive an official Jeans For Wishes kit, which includes a welcome letter, a Make-A-Wish banner, promotional materials, and Make-A-Wish buttons for participants.

How to Donate:

When your campaign concludes, complete the checklist form included in your kit and send your contribution to the appropriate Foundation office.  Your organization will receive the story of the child's wish that you helped to fulfill!
