We have been honored to grant many children’s wishes to meet professional athletes, and ESPN has followed sports-related wish grantings around the country for several years through its My Wish series. This summer's series includes wishes with LeBron James, Alex Ovechkin, Rory McIlroy, DeSean Jackson, Kyle Busch and Mark Sanchez.
