Wish stars shine at Wish Night '08

Evening raises nearly $50,000 for Western Massachusetts wishes

Every wish child is a star - and the stars were shining brightly at Wish Night '08!  On Thursday, May 29th, at the Springfield Country Club, guests enjoyed fine cuisine and select beverages while meeting and connecting with our wish children.

Jennifer Thome of CBS 3 Springfield served as Master of Ceremonies for the evening, which featured inspiring remarks by wish family ambassador Amy Wolfe and a Live Auction.  Through sponsorships and auction support, the event raised nearly $50,000 for children's wishes in Western Massachusetts.

Other stars of the evening included Gracie, who wished to meet Kelly Clarkson; Allison, who wished to visit Disney World; Lyndsey, who traveled to the Bahamas; and Kaitlin, whose wish to explore Disney will be granted later this month!
